Meet Our Founder

Koustubh Gokhale is the Founder and driving force behind Gajanan Enterprises, bringing over two decades of experience in the specialty chemicals industry. With a strong foundation in engineering and industrial operations, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company into a trusted manufacturer and exporter of Para Benzoquinone and specialty chemical solutions.

A graduate in Instrumentation Engineering from University of Mumbai, he began his career as a Service Engineer, gaining hands-on technical expertise in instrumentation and quality systems. This technical background, combined with entrepreneurial vision, laid the foundation for building a robust manufacturing enterprise.

Under his leadership, Gajanan Enterprises achieved a major milestone by becoming the first company in India to commercially manufacture Parabenzoquinone, successfully translating a complex chemical process into scalable industrial production. His focus on process optimization, operational efficiency, and quality consistency has strengthened the company’s presence in both domestic and international markets.

Koustubh brings deep expertise in operations management, procurement strategy, supply chain optimization, and project execution. He has consistently driven productivity improvements and built strong supplier partnerships through data-driven decision-making.

He is also a strong advocate of responsible and sustainable manufacturing, promoting environmentally conscious production practices including solvent-free processes and green chemistry principles.
